Okay, so I don’t actually have name for this salad yet because I basically just threw together a bunch of things I like, and it just so happened to turn out great! This is my go-to salad that’s basically the only salad I make currently. It’s super simple and super healthy! I’m not a big fan of salad dressing so I made this salad without it. Which was great for when I was packing it for my lunch. That way my salad didn’t get soggy by the time I wanted to eat it. Lately, I have fallen off the salad train and have been indulging in heavier lunches. So not good.
My sister came and stayed with me for a few days over the weekend and asked me to make her a salad. Of course, the only salad I could think of making was this one! I hadn’t eaten it in awhile and, thanks to her, I remembered how good it was!

- Crumbled Garlic & Herbs Feta
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Spicy Cashews
- Basically, I only have one step for this recipe and that is take all the ingredients and toss them in a bowl. You can make as little or as much as you’d like! 😊

So, there you have it. That is my favourite go-to salald. Like I said, you can put in as many of the ingredients as you like into it.
